Returns Information

We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason you change your mind you can return them to us. The items must be as new in original, undamaged packaging.

All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this return policy.

We do not refund postage costs unless the return is faulty or the wrong item.

To avoid damage in transit please pack items to be returned in the original carton and similar outer packaging as that in which you received the goods.
We will send an exchange or refund all monies received when we have received goods back from you. Please make sure you have proof of postage of any returns back to us.

In line with legislation we have the right to deduct monies from refunds if the goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value.

Faulty or incorrect orders must be reported to us within 14 working days of receipt of delivery and should be returned (if requested by us) within 14 days for a refund or exchange. In this instance we will cover postage costs.

All refunds and exchanges will be processed at the price paid for the item(s) when the order was placed.
