Returns Information

We offer a fast, easy and faff free returns policy!

If you change your mind, or need a different size just log the request below (it takes 2 minutes to do, you just need your order number and email).

Send the items back to us and as soon as they're here we will issue your refund or exchange.

For UK orders we cover the cost of the exchange item being sent to you, the customer covers cost of returning the original.

For non-UK orders the customer covers the cost of the return and if an exchange item needs to be sent.

Some important things

The items must be as new in original, undamaged packaging.

All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this return policy.

To avoid damage in transit please pack items to be returned in the original carton and similar outer packaging as that in which you received the goods.

We will send an exchange or refund the cost of the product/s when we have received them back from you. Please make sure you have proof of postage of any returns back to us in case they go missing in the post.

In line with legislation we have the right to deduct monies from refunds if the goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value.

Faulty or incorrect orders must be reported to us within 14 working days of receipt of delivery and should be returned (if requested by us) within 14 days for a refund or exchange. In this instance we will cover postage costs.

All refunds and exchanges will be processed at the price paid for the item(s) when the order was placed.

In the event the item is faulty we will cover the costs of the return and the exchange.
