Longer runs, medium to large amount of kit. Two soft flasks, snacks, hat and gloves, waterproof jacket. Additional warm layer, waterproof trousers or water bladder. Bungee cords on the back allow pack to be drawn in to stop bounce.

Shorter runs, small or medium amount of kit. Two soft flasks or bladder, snacks, hat and gloves, waterproof jacket. Stretchy fabric for a comfortable fit whether carrying full or with minimal items.
