Tracked 48 - Order by Wednesday 18th, 1pm for Christmas delivery 

Tracked 24 - Order by Friday 20th, 1pm for Christmas delivery 

We pick and pack orders made by 1pm same day. You can select either delivery method at checkout. See full details below.

UK Shipping

We offer two delivery options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.95

Royal Mail Tracked 24 £5.95

UK orders over £50 get Free Tracked 48 Shipping.

Please allow an extra working day at busy times such as bank holidays, Black Friday or Christmas time.

Pre-Order Delivery Information

IMPORTANT - If your order contains multiple items, all of these items will be sent together when the pre order items arrive with us. If you need in-stock items sooner, you will need to make a separate order.

Customer orders will be sent in date order. Due to high demand we cannot estimate exactly when your order will be sent.

Pre-Orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 service unless otherwise specified. When your order is on the way your tracking information will be sent by email. If you have not received an update it means your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please rest assured it is in the queue and will be sent asap.

Unfortunately we are not able to bump orders up the list because we are working as efficiently as possible with our fulfilment systems so everyone gets their order as quickly as possible. 

If you have not received a tracking update 5 working days after the dispatch dates provided please contact us for a follow up. We kindly ask that during this very busy time you allow us this extra time before contacting us to reduce administration which slows our fulfilment services.

 

Dispatch Time

We pick and pack your order quickly and aim to get all items on their way to you the same day if ordered before 1pm.

Please note busy times may extend delivery by a day.

If, in the unlikely event, there is a delay with your order we will contact you to explain the situation, you may at this stage want to:-
a) Cancel your order.
b) Select alternative products.
c) Continue with your order which we will dispatch as soon as the stock is available.

Whilst we make every effort to fulfill every order promptly we are not liable for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivering items you have ordered due to reasons beyond our control.
