What height should I choose?
Fixed height poles for optimal streamlined design and superior lightweight.
Use a measure to check against our size chart for the suggested height.
Stand with your elbow at 90 degrees and measure from above your clenched fist to the floor whilst wearing your running shoes. If you are between sizes we would suggest to size up.

Wash when needed with warm water and mild soap, ensuring you remove mud from locks, baskets, and tips. Wipe with a cloth, air dry completely before reassembly to prevent corrosion, and avoid using oil on inner mechanisms, which can cause slipping.

Post-Run Routine: Wipe down poles with a damp cloth to remove dirt, moisture, and dust.
Tips and Baskets: Clean around integrated mud baskets and check carbide tips, cleaning out any debris.
Drying (Crucial Step): Allow poles to air dry completely while disassembled. Trapped moisture leads to oxidation and stuck sections.
Avoid Damage: Never use acidic cleaners (like vinegar) or strong detergents, as this can cause corrosion.
Lubrication: Do not lubricate the inner locking mechanisms; this can cause them to fail.
Storage: Store in a dry area in a fully collapsed, but dry, condition.
