International Delivery & Returns
Delivery Options:
We offer two shipping options for international orders: Standard Shipping via local carriers and Express Shipping with DHL.
Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and any applicable duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
As a general guide, Express Shipping typically takes 3–4 working days, while Standard Shipping takes 7–10 working days. For detailed information specific to your destination, please refer to the shipping information displayed at checkout.
International Returns:
We strive to make returns as straightforward as possible, but please note the following terms:
Return Costs:
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We offer an integrated DHL Express return service, or customers may use their own tracked local carrier service.
Condition of Returns:
The item must be returned to Harrier Trail Running in a condition compliant with our Returns Policy.

Exchanges:
We do not offer an exchange service for international orders. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order after receiving a refund for the original item.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing the best service for our international customers.
Pre-Order Delivery Information
IMPORTANT - If your order contains multiple items, all of these items will be sent together when the pre order items arrive with us. If you need in-stock items sooner, you will need to make a separate order.
Customer orders will be sent in date order. Due to high demand we cannot estimate exactly when your order will be sent.
When your order is on the way your tracking information will be sent by email. If you have not received an update it means your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please rest assured it is in the queue and will be sent asap.
Unfortunately we are not able to bump orders up the list because we are working as efficiently as possible with our fulfilment systems so everyone gets their order as quickly as possible.
If you have not received a tracking update 5 working days after the dispatch dates provided please contact us for a follow up. We kindly ask that during this very busy time you allow us this extra time before contacting us to reduce administration which slows our fulfilment services.
