At Harrier we want you to have the best experience with us so we offer a free and simple UK service.

- We set up your exchange item to be sent. No extra work or costs for you
Conditions of Returns
- Please note you have 90 days to return your item(s). Items outside of this 90 day window will not be eligible for return.
- All products must be returned as new and in a saleable condition.
- All accessories and tags should still be attached with no evidence of wear.
- Please note items returned without their original packaging and tags attached will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If used or dirty kit is returned to us, it will be sent back to you immediately. You will be charged the free return postage cost of £2.20, plus an additional £3.95 to have the item returned to you.
- Non-UK orders - We are sorry but we do not currently offer free returns outside of the UK. For non-uk orders please return your items via your own courier for a refund and re-order from the website.
- We do not refund original postage costs for UK or non-UK orders.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order isn't correct, or a product develops a fault, we are here to help!
We want you to love your Harrier trail running kit and we will always endeavour to find the best possible solution for you.
Follow the simple steps in our Free Returns Portal, remembering to include images of the issue. You can select if you would prefer a replacement item or a refund. A member of our friendly support team will be in touch within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to resolve the issue and get you back on the trails with your kit asap!
Free Gifts
- Free gifts do not need to be returned when requesting an exchange.
- Free gifts must be returned unopened when requesting a refund.
- If a free gift is not returned, opened or used, monies will be deducted from refund amount.
