 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - HOW IT WORKS

We know buying online can sometimes be a worry if something isn’t quite right or doesn’t fit. We take the stress out of returns by offering a free and simple UK service

Simply follow log onto our free returns portal, and register you item(s) to receive a refund or exchange. The link to start your return is at the bottom of this page.

 

Step 1 - Log onto Returns Portal

Use your email and Harrier order number to start the return process. Please note on your packing slip it is #channelref

 

Step 2 - Select Return Reason

Item wasn’t what you were looking for, doesn’t fit right or there is a problem

 

Step 3 - Faulty Item Extra Step

Please provide an image if there is a fault or problem. We cannot approve faults to the next stage without images.

 

Step 4 - Select Resolve

Select your resolve - exchange or refund. Add any required comments.

 

Step 5 - Get Royal Mail Free Return Label

Submit and return your item via the post office or home collection.

A pre filled postage label will be generated which you can print, or get a digital QR code.


Gift Returns
You will need to ask the original person to provide you with the order number and their email to log into the portal. Or ask them to raise the return/exchange. If you would like the exchange to be sent directly to your address instead of back to them you can request it on the return portal notes and a note within the parcel.


Conditions of Returns
All products must be returned as new and in a saleable condition.

All accessories and tags should still be attached with no evidence of wear.

Please note items returned without their original packaging and tags attached will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If used or dirty kit is returned to us, it will be sent back to you immediately. You will be charged the free return postage cost of £2.20, plus an additional £3.95 to have the item returned to you.

We do not refund original postage costs for UK or non-UK orders.

Free gifts do not need to be returned when requesting an exchange. Free gifts must be returned unopened when requesting a refund. If a free gift is not returned, opened or used, monies will be deducted from refund amount.


Exchange or Refund Processing
Refunds will reach your account within 10 working days. 

Exchanges will be sent back to you via Tracked 48 postage, you will get a dispatch email when your new item is on the way. All refunds and exchanges will be processed at the price paid for the item(s) when the order was placed.

In line with legislation we have the right to deduct monies from refunds if the goods show signs of unreasonable use, leading to diminished value.


Non-UK orders - We are sorry but we do not currently offer free returns outside of the UK. For non-uk orders please return your items via your own courier for a refund and re-order from the website.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Faulty or incorrect orders must be reported to us within 14 working days of receipt of delivery.
Please email our support team and include photographs before raising your return request.


Your Responsibilities
Complete the returns portal with all the relevant information, including images where required. We endeavour to provide the best customer service we can, but must have all the appropriate information to be able to do this.

Avoid damage in transit. Please pack items to be returned in the original carton, and suitable outer packaging. Customers are responsible for goods reaching us in undamaged condition.
