By "imperfect" we mean these items could not be sold as new but are near to perfect and can still perform their core function to a high standard.
Some of the imperfections you might expect from our Lomond jacket range are; worn during a photoshoot, used as a demo at shows & events, small marks, stitching inconsistencies or broken zips.

Can I return or exchange imperfect items?
Imperfect items can be returned for a refund of their purchase price within 30 days of the delivered date. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased to remain eligible for a refund so ensure to try the item at home before venturing out on the trails.
Do imperfect items still come with a warranty?
After 30 days, returns will only be considered if the item develops a functional defect not disclosed at the time of purchase. This warranty lasts 365 days from the delivered date. All warranty claims on imperfect items will be resolved with a refund of their purchase price.
